INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF THE REALIZATION OF PROCEEDINGS ON ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES AND THE POSSIBILITY OF ITS IMPLEMENTATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The author of the article emphasizes, that administrative-jurisdictional activity is one of the leading areas of work of law-enforcement bodies of the state. The article defines a positive foreign experience in the implementation of cases on administrative offenses and the ways of its introduction in Ukraine. The content and features of the procedure for attracting administrative responsibility in foreign countries are analyzed. The positive features of the proceedings on cases of administrative offenses committed in other states are determined. The possibilities of introducing positive foreign experience in the investigated sphere in Ukraine are substantiated.
