International legal guaranteeing human rights in relation to personnel selection

Abstract

Taking into account scientific developments and regulatory issues are analyzed questions to en- sure the rights of candidates to the workers during the lifetime of a relationship-based selection. The author has made certain conclusions on the definition of the role of the public authority in dealing with violations of the labour legislation, identified during the examination of the circumstances of the refusal to work individual candidates. Are grounded suggestions on legal regulation of relations arising at the stage of finding work and the conclusion of an employment contract.
