INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER AS A FORM OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Proved the expediency of application of international technology transfer as a form of innovative enterprises. The essence and classification features of the international technology transfer was determined. Differences between commercial and non-commercial transfer of technologies were researched. The main current forms of technology transfer which can be used by the enterprises were determined. The sequence of implementation the process of a technological transfer at the enterprise was offered.
