INTERNATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATION LAW: CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO DEFINITION AND INSTITUTIONAL

Abstract
The article is devoted to coverage of individual research results regarding conceptual approaches to defining and institutional structuring of international telecommunications law, as a sub-sector of international information law. The international law considered in two interrelated components: public international and private international law. The focus of the study is drawn to structuring institutions of international telecommunications law for the purpose of settling complex issues of lawmaking, law enforcement and legal science and education.
