INTERNATIONAL TREATIES AND AGREEMENTS IN THE FIELD OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AS A SOURCE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW

Abstract
The article explores the issues of international cooperation in the field of intellectual property, as well as the conclusion of multilateral and bilateral international agreements that are sources of intellectual property rights. The authors analyze the national legislation and determine the role of international standards in the system of intellectual property rights protection as integral parts of the national legal system of Ukraine. The paper focuses on those problems that interfere development and ways and direction of their elimination.
