INTERNET PROGRAM AS A COMPONENT OF IMPROVING COMPETITIVENESS OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS: FROM MODELING TO IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract

The article highlights the influence of world globalization processes, which require from innovative organizations in the sphere of educational services to preserve competitive advantages. The need of educational organization to develop such characteristics as high dynamism, territorial segmentation, high speed adjustment to market conditions and individual character of service are described. The need for new innovative solutions of replacement or supplementation of traditional methods of proving educational services is justified. Innovative approaches of market segmentation understanding are considered. Due to rapid change of external environment and educational organizations have to be more flexible. By using the Internet as an innovative tool in the provision of educational service, it becomes possible to expand the customer base, making the policy of providing educational services focused on demand in the regional market of educational services, so that the customers' needs are more effectively met. The flexibility provided by innovative interactive technologies in the sphere of educational services organizations is shown to be extremely important for competitiveness of organizations in the sphere of educational services. The new understanding of access to educational services that is becoming more personalized is analyzed, allowing individuals to make decisions about selection of an organization to obtain innovative educational services in various ways. Due to its capacity Internet is becoming one of the most powerful marketing tools for organizations sphere of education. The importance and necessity of the Internet in education is confirmed by the data on the number of network users. They try to find and choose such educational organization at the regional education market that will fully satisfy their needs and that is widely recognized among other clients. The necessity of a large number of resources and technical solutions that already exist are considered as an example of implementing innovative practices in education and as adaptation of different methods and formats of teaching and learning.
