Interpretation of concept «legal practice» in the modern theory of law

Abstract
In the article were investigational different approaches about concept «legal practice» as a general theoretic category, their features are found out and certainly most reasonable and methodologically correct approach in relation to interpretation of category «practice of European Court on human rights».
