Interrogate witnesses while investigating of deliberate damage to the objects of the electric power industry

Abstract
The article considers the peculiarities of interrogation during the investigation of deliberate damage to the objects of electric power industry. The categories of persons who appear to be witnesses in similar proceedings and questions that can be addressed to them are defined. The organizational and tactical aspects of carrying out of this investigative action are outlined.
