Abstract
Straipsnyje siekiama aptarti investicijas į žmogiškąjį kapitalą teoriniu aspektu. Pateikiama žmogiškojo kapitalo koncepcijų interpretacija, analizuojami investicijų į žmogiškąjį kapitalą teoriniai aspektai, išryškintas investicijų į žmogiškąjį kapitalą efektyvumas kaip žinių visuomenės funkcionavimo sąlyga.
