Investigating Justice in Human Force of Nurses in Kermanshah Province using Gini Coefficient Index 2006-2011

Abstract
Introduction and Purpose: justice in the distribution of nurses in Kermanshah province using the Gini coefficient index was evaluated in 2006-2011. Methodology: This applied research, the length of the cross-sectional retrospective study was conducted between 2006 and 2011 .The research community were all nurses in Kermanshah province. Samples of census data center and management center Statistics and Information Technology, Ministry of Health and Medical Education collected the forms were recorded and produced. The above distribution analysis of the Gini coefficient was used standard techniques and then using the Excel data were analyzed. Results: show that the Gini coefficient calculated for the years 2006 to 2011 ranged nurses and the almost first ascending and then descending the slope is less. Gini coefficient, respectively, for the years 2006 to 2011, equal to 0.449371, 0.457905, 0.457249, 0.456332, 0.454543, 0.447337, respectively.
