Investigating the Effect of Transformational Leadership on Improving Loan Purposes (The Case Study of Mehre Iran Loan-Based Bank of West Azarbaijan)

Abstract
The current study aims to investigate the effect of transformational management on improving loan goals (case study: Mehre Iran loan-based bank of West Azarbaijan). The study is applied, descriptive and survey in terms of goal, the quality of data collection and the quality of implementation. The statistical population comprises of all staff working at Mehre Iran loan-based bank of West Azarbaijan among which 76 people were chosen using stratified random sampling method. The questionnaire was the main instrument to collect data, including 41 items categorized by 0.960 reliability obtained by Cronbach alpha coefficient. In order to make analysis, the study made use of SPSS software and descriptive as well as inferential statistics were made using the obtained data. The study results depicted that transformational management had an effect on improving loan goals.
