Abstract

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the extent to which the school principals are familiar with the components of motivational factors from the viewpoint of Imam Ali (with an emphasis on the Nahj al-Balagha) from the perspective of teachers in Marand in 2014-2015. This study is applied in terms of goal and is descriptive-survey study in terms of nature and is a field study in terms of method. The statistical population of this study included all 1035 teachers in Marand. The statistical sample was selected according to Morgan table and by the use of stratified random sampling method. In this study, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The validity of study was 0.843 percent which is indicative of high reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis was done in two parts: descriptive statistics (mean, graphs, frequency and ...) and inferential statistics (one-sample t-test). The results show that the extent to which the school principals are familiar with the components of motivational factors from the viewpoint of Imam Ali (with an emphasis on the Nahj al-Balaghe) from the perspective of teachers in Marand is desirable. Also, the extent to which the school principals are familiar with specialized, valuable, and school-based (ethical) characteristics from the viewpoint of Imam Ali (with an emphasis on the Nahj al-Balaghe) is desirable from the perspective of teachers in Marand.
