Investigating the Stress in the Body of the Flexible Wheel of a Radial Harmonic Transmission
Journal Title: Analele Universitatii "Eftimie Murgu" Resita. Fascicula de Inginerie - Year 2017, Vol 24, Issue 1
Abstract
The paper presents a study of the strains and stress state in the flexi-ble toothed wheel of a radial harmonic transmission, in the case of its deformation by a 2 roller mechanical wave generator. Dynamic research has pursued the numerical simulation of a flexible toothed wheel, in the form of a long circular tube, open at one end, by using the finite ele-ment method and using the SolidWorks Simulation program in elastic range.

On the Numerical Modeling of Confined Masonry Structures for In-plane Earthquake Loads
The seismic design of confined masonry structures involves the use of numerical models. As there are many parameters that influence the structural behavior, these models can be very complex and unsuitable for the current...
Command and Running of an Experimental Model Vehicle for Covering a Labyrinth Type Runway
The paper presents the command and running of an autonomous vehicle - experimental model – for covering a labyrinth type runway. The command is realized with a Micro Arduino type platform and the running with two mini en...
Comparative FEM-based Analysis of Multiphase Induction Motor
This paper presents a comparative study of multiphase induction motor, which has alternately three-, five- and six-phase stator winding. The machine has been designed particularly for this purpose and has individual ring...
Numerical Investigation of Turbulent Forced Convection Nanofluids Inside an Annulus
Turbulent forced convection heat transfer of Al2O3-water nanofluid has been studied numerically under uniform heat flux on the inner and outer walls in an annulus with rough tubes. Solid nanoparticles diameter were consi...
Stability Analysis for Hand-arm-forearm Dynamic System
In this paper we propose a model with four degrees of freedom for hand-arm-forearm dynamic system. Using experimental data from [9] by means of the Simulink program, is built block diagram to simulate the dynamic system...
