INVESTIGATION OF EMPLOYEE COMMERCIAL AWARENESS ON ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article examines the content domain of commercial awareness, a construct of critical importance to enterprises that rely on employee heedful participation in decision making and problem solving. Considered how the extant literature addresses the construct of commercial awareness. Examined commercial awareness in the context of mutual investment employment relationships. Delimited the conceptual boundaries of commercial awareness by differentiating it from other constructs found in organizational research. The results of a qualitative field study on enterprises are reported.
