Investigation of some system mechanisms of structural ensembles formation in construction composite materials
Journal Title: Вісник Одеської державної академії будівництва та архітектури - Year 2017, Vol 1, Issue 67
Abstract
The article deals with the mechanisms of structural ensembles of building composite materials formation from the position of hierarchical systems theory. The proposed model of an elementary structural ensemble consists of a structure-forming aggregate particle and outer layers of finely dispersed fractions of the composite. The model of a complex structural ensemble consists of a large structure-forming particle, structural ensembles of the previous hierarchical level, and finely dispersed fractions of the material. Pores are considered as a special kind of a "filler". The presence of elements of the structural organization of this type for the porous composite is confirmed with the methods of computer microscopy. Microphotographs of the investigated composite material were subjected to densitometry with the method of averaged radial profiles. The active role of structure-forming particles and pores is shown, leading to densification and deformation of the composite nearest layers of finely dispersed components. The proposed model of hierarchical structure is considered as promising for quantitative description, modeling and optimization.
