Journal Title: Інноваційна економіка - Year 2017, Vol 67, Issue 1
Abstract
Purpose. The study is the development of theoretical, methodological guidelines and practical recommendations on the use of economically reasonable regulations of investments in land resources in investment projects in fodder production. Methodology of research. In the study used the following methods and techniques of economic research: dialectical method of knowledge and systematic approach - the study of investment processes in cattle associated with providing feed, namely land component; abstract logical - the formulation of theoretical generalizations; system analysis - to summarize theoretical and methodological provisions, interpretation of data; spreadsheet - for a visual representation of the results; scientific, technical and economic literature on the researched subject. Findings. Found that provided without pastured cattle keeping costs to improve the land resources are not formed as perennial grasses grown for green feed, provide sufficient humus formation and subject to rational rotation soils are not depleted. It was determined that the cattle grazing system of annual demand in organic fertilizers are: for farm 50 cattle – 37.3 tons of manure, for farm 500 cattle - 344 tons of manure, for farm in 1000 cattle – 717.3 tons of manure. In monetary terms per 1 goal cattle it is about 50 UAH (as of 01.01.2015 year). Grounded general rules of investment in land resources, while keeping without pastured cattle – 1.25 thousand UAH 1 goal cattle and about 1.1 thousand UAH at the pasture (as of 01.01.2015 year). Originality. For the first time the methodological and practical recommendations on the use of economically reasonable regulations of investments in land resources in investment projects for fodder production, made the appropriate calculations taking into account the costs to improve the land. Practical value. Projected investment required in land resources in investment projects on forage production creates a situation of certainty of future revenues and costs, reduces the risk of the investor.
