INVESTOR WITHIN THE BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURE

Abstract
The present article is concerned with the analysis of the gaps and collisions of the legal regulation of the status of investor within the bankruptcy procedure. The concept of the investor has been laid down in the article. The ways of improvement of the procedural status of the investor in the course of the consideration of the bankruptcy cases in the commercial courts of Ukraine.
