Abstract

Iris recognition is an effective and efficient technique which is being used nowadays for security reason. Many researchers have worked towards this. And many of them have proposed different framework and algorithms to improve upon this recognition technique. This paper discusses about the various stages involved in iris recognition and the benefits and various applications where is it being used.
