IS IT ADVISABLE TO USE AN ULTRASONIC METHOD IN WORK OF THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM OF DEFINITION OF THE DEPTH OF THE CONDENSED LAYER OF SOIL?

Abstract

Considering laws and basic provisions of acoustics, in article the question of efficiency of practical application of an ultrasonic method in work to the experimental automated system on loosening of the soil in the course of its processing is considered. Thanks to certain properties of substance passing in it a sound wave is possible. Have whether soils such properties? For the answer to this question the analysis of influence of mechanical structure of the condensed soil on passing of a sound wave is carried out. How the mechanical structure of the dense soil influences on the sound waves? What key parameters of passing of ultrasound were considered in operation of the experimental radio physical device of this automated system? How the wave resistance of the condensed soil influences on results of work of the device and all system? On all these questions as especially important in work of this automated system, the special attention is concentrated.
