ИЗМЕНЕНИЕ БИОХИМИЧЕСКИХ ПАРАМЕТРОВ РАСТЕНИЙ КАРТОФЕЛЯ ПРИ СЕЛЕКЦИИ НА СОЛЕУСТОЙЧИВОСТЬ

Abstract
Одним из основных лимитирующих факторов сельскохозяйственной продукции является засоление почв [1, c. 39]. По оценке ФАО около 22% мировых земель являются засоленными, и ежегодно на 1-2% сокращается площадь орошаемых земель на планете [2, c. 241-250]. Одним из путей использования засоленных территорий в интересах аграрного производства и биотехнологии является создание и выращивание солеустойчивых сортов растений, которые способны поддерживать низкий водный потенциал клеточного содержимого, тем самым сохраняя водопоглотительную деятельность клеток корня при высоком содержании солей в почвенном растворе [3, c. 3-16].
