Європейські стандарти як шляхи удосконалення діяльності публічних службовців / European Standards as Ways for Improvement of Public Servants’ Activities

Abstract
The article examines the current state of activity of public authorities and their servants, examining European standards through the prism of regulatory legal regulation, discloses their role in the activities of public servants and suggests ways to improve their activities. Ukraine's accession to the European political, informational, economic and legal space will inevitably intensify the development of the scientific foundations of the activities of public authorities, their public servants in accordance with European standards. Legal science, which is one of the social institutions, should contribute to this issue and has a significant influence on the formation and development of the modern legal system, in particular, the democratic foundations of public administration. An important direction in the development of legal science, new administrative-legal doctrine is the provision of human rights and freedoms in all areas of their interaction with public servants. At the moment, there are every reason to assert that Ukraine faces the task of effectively implementing European standards in the activities of public servants before the state. Further political, economic and social growth of the state depends on their implementation, since the modern development of democratic principles obliges the state to resolve urgent issues in the implementation of European standards in the activities of public servants. At the same time, the question of the implementation of European standards in the activities of public servants, the essence of feedback in relations between public servants and the Euro-integration act requires a new organization of further research.
