JUDICIAL REFORM IN UKRAINE: PROBLEMS OF INNOVATIONS AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract
The question of the efficiency of judicial proceedings, the need for introduction in Ukraine of judicial reform, analyzed a number of stories of the Ukrainian legislation in the sphere of the judicial system, identified gaps of the current legislation, which can later influence the process of justice in the criminal production of materials.
