Justification of minimally necessary requirements for measurement means with a two-performed diagnostic system in the process of the current repair of military communication means

Abstract

The relevance of the article is to minimize the cost of metrological services for military communications equipment due to insufficient funding for technical maintenance activities in general. The article substantiates the minimum necessary requirements for measuring instruments with a two-step diagnostic system in the process of maintenance of military communications equipment, which ensures a reduction in the time for its restoration by improving the diagnostic software. The proposed flowchart of the algorithm to minimize the cost of measuring instruments while maintaining the required level of maintainability of military communications equipment. The results obtained make it possible to assess the quality of the metrological support for the maintenance and repair of military communications equipment. The order of use of the obtained results is shown on the example of developing diagnostic support for the power supply unit of the pathogen and radio receiver of the medium power station R-161 and its diagnostic model is presented in the form of a graph of information and energy links.It has been established that the effect of using the results obtained in the article is to reduce to 18% the average recovery time of an average-power radio station P-161 by improving diagnostic and metrological support. The results obtained should be used in the quantitative assessment of indicators of the diagnostic support of military communications equipment.
