Justification the quantitative composition of the staff of the personnel support service of a large industrial enterprise

Abstract
The article investigates the relevance of creating a large industrial enterprise that deals with personnel secu-rity issues and presents a methodology for substantiating the quantitative composition of employees with such service which are based on the decision making theory. In addition, a strategic approach to the personnel security system is proposed to consider four strategies for ensuring staff security: a rigorous strategy with the maximum number of staff providing human security with a maxi-mum staff retention budget; a threat prevention strategy that exists at this time in the enterprise case; a strategy to minimize the cost of personnel security measures and a strategy with no pronounced priorities. The article states that the choice of strategy can be made by the enterprise on the basis of optimality criteria, for calculating which one is required to construct a matrix depending on the type of chosen strategy and the level of personnel risk that the enterprise expects. Thus, in the proposed method of calculation, the level of net profit loss per 1 hryvnia cost of the enterprise to ensure personnel security is taken. The lower the value of this indicator, the type is better for the enterprise. In addition, the method of constructing a decision matrix, which includes the following stages: the formation of strategies for the organization of the personnel security service, is of interest in the article. discussion of the numerical strength of the subdivision performing the functions of personnel security; assessment of the level of threats from the personnel of the enterprise; estimation the net profit losses of the enterprise due to imperfect work on providing personnel security; calculation of costs for personnel security. The presented approach will allow the company to orientate with the selection of a strategy for the quantita-tive composition of personnel support personnel security, to perform calculations of the economic justification of the chosen strategy.
