Abstract
Рассмотрено формирование территориально обособленной группы предприятий, ориентированных на строительство, модернизацию и ремонт судов и кораблей в акватории петербургского морского порта и прилегающих территорий. Обсуждаются основные производственные характеристики возможной интегрированной структуры.
