К ВОПРОСУ ОБ АКТИВНОСТИ КАТАЛИТИЧЕСКИХ СИСТЕМ НА ОСНОВЕ КЕРАМЗИТА В РЕАКЦИИ СОВМЕСТНОГО ПРЕВРАЩЕНИЯ 1,2-ДИХЛОРЭТАНА И АЦЕТИЛЕНА В ХЛОРИСТЫЙ ВИНИЛ

Abstract

Methods of isomerization of butene-1 in butenes-2 and adsorption of ammonia established quantitative characteristics of the acidity of catalysts based on faience and expanded clay. It is shown that the most active catalyst in the process of co-processing of 1,2-dichloroethane and acetylene in vinyl chloride is 3 % ZnCl2 / ceramsite characterized by the presence of an acidity spectrum of medium strength (Hо = 4.8). Using the method of oxidative regeneration of the carbonized catalyst 3 % ZnC12 / expanded clay, followed by activation with gaseous hydrogen chloride, it is possible to achieve complete recoverability of the initial active activity.
