Abstract
Morality is one of the major problems of human society and the object of scientific attention since the time of its occurrence. Currently, it is beginning to be considered from the standpoint of quality of life, socio-economic activities and competence of human resources. Morality is the spiritual property of the person, moral culture is a term used to describe public moral rules, the moral consciousness, the formation of moral principles in human consciousness. Moral culture is the term which is used in ethics and cultural studies to characterize the state of society from the point of view of observance of moral norms and rules. Moral concepts are basic part of human relations of man to other people, to society. The enlighteners of the Kazakh people consider, morality through culture, science, culture and education. Questions of morality in the interpretation of the great Kazakh educators have a realistic and humanistic contents and democratic orientation, call to form the moral, spiritual and moral culture of people and society as a whole through the development of education, science and culture.
