Key aspects of control and safety audit procedures and quality

Abstract

Agricultural enterprises should focus on the EU market and are expected to implement and comply with the requirements set out in international and European standards of safety and quality of food. Conformity assessment of safety and quality can be obtained only by the results of control and audit procedures. The article presents information on international regulations on safety and quality of food, the method of audit quality products.
