KEY SPECIES AND VARIETIES OF VANDALISM AS A COMPLEX CRIMINOLOGICAL CATEGORY

Abstract
Based on the analysis of scientific literature, current legislation, law enforcement practice, as well as the results of a sociological survey, signs of vandalism are revealed and investigated, which reveal the criminological aspect of this legal category in the current socio-political conditions of the development of our state.
