Klasyfikacja zagrożeń w łańcuchu dostaw i wybrane metody analizy i oceny ryzyka

Abstract
The aim of this article was application of network programming in evaluation, analyzing and estimating the risk in a supply chain, then presentation the method of mapping the risk as a method of supporting decisions concerning emergency procedures towards the risk. The threats and vulnerabilities, which appear in a supply chain causing delays, were specified in this article. Graphical methods of tasks’ representation in a supply chain were mapped out. Presented in this article example of a supply chain from automotive industry subserved to the calculations and enable to indicate activities in a supply chain, which require shortening their duration. Critical Path in aforementioned example, which was deprived of a slack time, run across the activities of transport undertaken by the suppliers of petroleum, manufacturers and suppliers of polyesters, manufacturers of car seats and other upholstered components, then the production and assembly lines of automotive manufacturer, car dealer and activities of transport to the final customer.
