Kompetencje podmiotów publicznych w obszarze badań technicznych pojazdów a implementacja dyrektywy 2014/45/UE

Abstract
The article introduces the issue of modifications on the ground of the public subjects' competences, which have to be inserted into national legal order, due to the necessity of implementation the European Parliament and Council's Directive on periodic roadworthiness testes for motor vehicles and their trailers, and repealing Directive 2009/40/EC. The authors clarify what in general are the competences of the public subjects, the essence of the incorporation of European legal acts, and thereafter discuss the changes, which the polish legislator is committed to deploy with reference to the public subjects.
