KOMPETENSI PENYULUH PERTANIAN DALAM PENYUSUNAN RANCANGAN USAHA AGRIBISNIS PADI PADA BKP5K KABUPATEN BOGOR PROVINSI JAWA BARAT

Abstract
This research aims to (1) determine the distribution of the characteristics of agricultural extension workers. (2) Identify the extension workers's perception of competence that need to mastered the preparation of agribusiness plan rice, and (3) to analyze the degree of relationship between competence of agricultural extension workers with the preparation of agribusiness plan rice.This research used survey method with correlation approach. Correlation between variables Competence of Agricultural Extension workers with variable the preparation of Agribusiness Plan Rice. The selection of respondents was done by using random proportional (proportional random sampling).Extension assume specific areas of competence is not a matter of priority. Limited competence extension workers in the preparation of agribusiness plan rice because they are not prepared with sufficient ability in the field and has not received the support of the institutions in which they work, in particular the increase in professionalism in the preparation of agribusiness plan.There are a significant positive correlation between competence of agricultural extension workers with Agribusiness Plan. The coefficient of determination (r2y1) of 0.281 indicates that 28.2% of Competence of agricultural extension workers and associated real influenced by the agribusiness plan means there is a significant positive relationship between competence of agricultural extension workers to the preparation of agribusiness plan, when competence enhanced of agricultural extension workers will also increase the ability of the especially in the preparation of agribusiness plan.
