КОМПЕТЕНТНІСНИЙ ПІДХІД У ВИХОВАННІ МЕДИЧНИХ СПЕЦІАЛІСТІВ

Abstract

The system of education at the university introduces elements of interactive learning, based on the formation of basic competences that allow graduates to independently acquire knowledge, as close as possible to practical health care, the desire for self-development, activate cognitive activity of students. Interactive educational technologies develop creativity, communicative skills of future professionals, as well as ability to solve problems, make decisions, adapt to new conditions. The formation of these competencies and the manifestation of creative personality qualities is a prerequisite for the continuation of education. The core competencies include generalized, universal competencies, which the graduates need to master for further education, their own development, life-self-realization, regardless of the level of his education, development and specialization that he chooses. The list of competences reproduces a list of the main types of human activity: effective use of abilities that allows you to fruitfully carry out professional activities; autonomy and flexibility in the part of solving professional problems; cooperation with colleagues and professional interpersonal environment; ability to self-esteem, reflection, self-education, fast, flexible and adaptive reaction to the dynamics of circumstances and environment.
