Abstract
Artykuł Ernila Hansena zwraca uwagę na stan transu pojawiającego się w sytuacjach ekstremalnych, np. przed operacją, w trakcie wypadku komunikacyjnego, charakteryzującego się specyficznymi cechami. Jedną z nich jest wysoka podatność na sugestie. Z tego powodu autor proponuje wzbogacenie komunikacji z pacjentem oraz w jego otoczeniu sugestiami pozytywnymi przy jednoczesnym unikaniu sugestii negatywnych cechujących język medyczny.
