Abstract
EN The economic essence of the enterprise strategy is studied. The theoretical approaches to the process of formation of the enterprise development strategy developed in the domestic and foreign science are considered. The conceptual aspects of the development strategy of the enterprise are described. The existing alternative approaches regarding the content and role of the enterprise development strategy in the management system are generalized and theoretically substantiated. The advanced formulation «the strategy of the enterprise» is offered. The existing approaches in the domestic and foreign theory and practice to the classification of enterprise development strategies are systematized. The principles of classification of school strategies are formulated. The similarities and differences of school strategies are presented. The content of the basic tools, methods and technologies of formation of strategy of enterprise development is determined. The existing practice of formation of enterprise development strategy is analyzed. The theoretical generalization and the content of the system approach in formulating the development strategy of the enterprise are described. The main factors of stability, ways of measuring and planning of enterprise development are analyzed. A systematic approach to development of enterprise development strategy is formulated. The reasons of the strategic planning of the enterprise are substantiated. The strategic potential of domestic enterprises is assessed. Peculiarities of enterprise development as an object of strategic management are considered. The principles of strategic management in the conditions of dynamic transformations of the Ukrainian economy are outlined. Practical recommendations for implementation of strategic changes at domestic enterprises are offered. The content of the development processes of a set of interrelated elements that make up the strategy as a system of interaction between the enterprise and the external environment is given. Particular attention is paid to the problems of management of the strategic potential of the enterprise, the behaviour of the company in the market, ensuring its competitive advantages. The variants of strategic development of the enterprise are substantiated. UK Досліджується економічна сутність стратегії підприємства. Розглянуто теоретичні підходи щодо процесу формування стратегії розвитку підприємства, що склалися у вітчизняній і зарубіжній науці. Викладено концептуальні аспекти формування стратегії розвитку підприємства. Узагальнено та теоретично обґрунтовано наявні альтернативні підходи, що стосуються змісту й ролі стратегії розвитку підприємства в системі управління. Запропоновано удосконалене формулювання «стратегія підприємства». Систематизовано існуючі у вітчизняній і зарубіжній теорії і практиці підходи до класифікації стратегій розвитку підприємства. Сформульовано принципи класифікації шкіл стратегій. Представлені схожості та відмінності шкіл стратегій. Визначено зміст основних інструментів, методів і технологій формування стратегії розвитку підприємства. Проаналізовано існуючу практику формування стратегії розвитку підприємства. Здійснено теоретичне узагальнення і розкрито зміст системного підходу при формуванні стратегії розвитку підприємства. Системно проаналізовано основні фактори стійкості, способи вимірювання та планування розвитку підприємства. Сформульовано системний підхід до розробки стратегії розвитку підприємства. Сформульовано варіанти стратегічного планування підприємства. Здійснена оцінка стратегічного потенціалу вітчизняних підприємств. Розглянуто особливості розвитку підприємства як об’єкта стратегічного управління. Викладено принципи стратегічного управління в умовах динамічних трансформацій української економіки. Запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо здійснення стратегічних змін на вітчизняних підприємствах. Наводиться зміст процесів розробки сукупності взаємопов’язаних елементів, що становлять стратегію як систему взаємодії підприємства із зовнішнім середовищем. Особливу увагу приділено проблемам управління стратегічним потенціалом підприємства, поведінки підприємства на ринку, забезпечення його конкурентних переваг. Обґрунтовано варіанти стратегічного розвитку підприємства.
