Abstract
У статті розглянуто модель оцінки та формування трудового потенціалу машинобудівного підприємства, яка включає дві групи компонентів аналізу: функціональні компоненти професійного потенціалу, та функціональні компоненти розвитку трудового потенціалу, а також вісім модульних блоків які спрямовані на досягнення основних цілей управління трудовим потенціалом, а саме: прийняття якісних управлінських рішень в умовах жорсткої конкуренції.
