Abstract
Досліджено філософію права Католицької церкви як особливу форму правової культури в парадигмальних рамках релігійної юрисдикції та християнських світоглядних домінант. Доведено, що етичні цінності (любов, справедливість, служіння істині), осмислені й затверджені в магістеріумі віровчення Католицької церкви, належать до визначальних рис католицької філософії права, що простежується в судочинстві церковних трибуналів.
