КРИМІНАЛЬНО-ВИКОНАВЧИЙ АСПЕКТ СУТНОСТІ ПРАВОВОГО ІНСТИТУТУ

Abstract
У статті розглядаються та характеризуються правові інститути, субінститути та міжгалузеві субінститути кримінально-виконавчого права, які з точки зору як юридичної тер- мінології, так і визначення змісту залишаються у вітчизняній науці всебічно не дослідженими й переважно згадуються у деяких наукових працях зарубіжних авторів. Термін «правовий інсти- тут» уживається науковцями скоріше як термін авторитетного звучання. У зв’язку з цим уперше надається визначення поняття «субінститут» та «міжгалузевий субінститут» кримінально-ви- конавчого права, трактується їх правовий зміст, виокремлюються види та притаманні їм ознаки
