Abstract
The article describes the features of author's interpretation of boundary consciousness are considered; the crisis of repression of personality on the example of "Voroshilovgrad" and "Mesopotamia" works; the phenomena of human life; the study of this segment of the national literary space is extremely relevant, given the rather one-sided and non-systematic approach to the analysis of Serhiy Zhadan's work in general. It is noted how the views of the "eternal teenager" changed through the prism of postmodern tendencies towards a person in general.
