KRYZYS MIASTA JAKO WSPÓLNOTY? Względność i ulotność miejskiej wspólnoty

Abstract
W artykule omówiono kontekstowe ujęcie wspólnoty miejskiej, (samo)określającej się wobec otoczenia (państwa, innych kultur, innych terytoriów i mieszkańców miasta). Punktem wyjścia rozważań jest tekst Roberta Parka, definiujący wspólnotę jako wzór moralny i przestrzenny. Poszukując odpowiedzi na pytania o to, wobec kogo, gdzie i w jakich okolicznościach określa się owe wzory, autor wskazuje na problem tymczasowości, związany m.in. z momentami kryzysu. W sytuacji, w której Polska w pewnych obszarach ulega przyspieszonej recentralizacji, miasto jawić się może jako „nieprzystający element” w hierarchii ciał politycznych. Problematyczne w nowej konfiguracji politycznej są: niedookreślona i mogąca stać się obiektem zmian ustrojowych polityczna podmiotowość oraz autonomia wspólnoty miejskiej.<br/><br/>
