Abstract
This article deals with a building located in Tercia Street, which was used as a warehouse for cereals, administration of goods and the collection of certain taxes. In addition, it is remarkable the intense activity exercised by the Order of Santiago in this building. The article also tells us how the military orders acted in the Middle Ages, their military function and their administrative function. In short, it is a narration of all the activity carried out in this building.
