La cuestión mudéjar en el entorno de la villa de Cehegín

Abstract
Last medieval centuries have been characterized by the great campaigns of the Castilian monarchy against the Kingdom of Granada, and especially those in the final phase of the Granada War, led by the Catholic Monarchs. Mudejar was found in all the territories reconquered by the Christians, although in some more than others, as is the case of Cordoba, Seville or Murcia. The reason why these cities were mostly occupied by Mudejar is because of the proximity to the territory of Granada, as is the case of Cehegin. Therefore, the settlers emigrated and settled on the premise of receiving the impact of the revolts that were followed by forced conversion to Christianity.
