La protección y garantía constitucional para el deporte ecuatoriano

Abstract
The Constitutional Protection and Guarantee for Ecuadorian Sport arises as enforceability, which is the power to claim compliance with rights through different mechanisms. Sport is a human right that is in the category of economic, social and cultural rights, necessary for the development, health and well-being of both individuals and society. The ways in which the enforceability of these rights can be raised are through social, political and legal mechanisms. This leads to stimulating the practice of authentic sports experiences, in which athletes, regardless of their gender, have the same opportunities in different sports disciplines and develop competencies aware of the benefits of sport and clarify doubts about the importance of Physical Culture and in this way, make its practice relevant as a factor that influences physical and intellectual development for its integral formation, with a perspective that assumes a vision and conscious orientation to our role as managers of change inspired by transmission of culture, as a worldview focused on the acquisition of values, thus understood as the set of knowledge acquired by the human being through the practice of Physical Education, Sport and Recreation, which motivates and guides critical reflection, work productive, dialogue and communication, allowing a true conscient in its integral formation with humanistic values, acting with freedom, law and justice within a constructivist paradigm of social service.
