La Reactivación de la Economía Ecuatoriana durante la Pandemia por COVID – 19

Abstract
This paper analyzes the economic measures promoted by the executive to reactivate the post-COVID-19 economy. This is done by identifying and describing how strategies are established in the productive agricultural, industrial and financial sectors. As a result of the stoppage of productive activities, current figures are collected that reveal the serious situation in the State economy. Due to the COVID-19 health emergency, it was considered to follow up on these after the state of emergency. The deductive method was applied since it originated from a problem that affects the Ecuadorian economy, revealing the imbalance that makes it impossible to overcome the economic crisis caused by COVID-19. For this reason, quality policies are needed to boost the economy supported by the strategic sectors most representative of GDP (Gross Domestic Product). The ECB (European Central Bank) and the IMF (International Monetary Fund), They analyze the prospects for growth and economic recovery of the country for the period 2021-2025. Hence, the projections aimed at recovering the dynamism of the economy are based on the recent Humanitarian Law to boost the economy, improve productivity through innovation, take advantage of opportunities for sustainable growth through the support essentially of the Government and other private institutions.
