LABOUR COSTS IN THE COST STRUCTURE OF THE SELECTED COMPANY X

Abstract
The company realizing an economic activity is set to achieve the objective of profit. Ho¬wever, in order to develop future profit trader must first incur the costs associated with the business. During the manufacturing process, finished goods, or the provision of services is consumed mate¬rials, energy, fixed assets, uses the services other business entities, employs workers who have to pay for the work. All elements that are used in the production process consists of the operating costs of the enterprise. Among the these costs stands out a significant group of the costs that are associated with known as employment of workers labor costs. This article presents the labor costs incurred by businesses employing workers, their analysis and to examine what the participation of these costs have an impact in the total sum of the costs of operating the example of company X in 2010-2013.
