Labour productivity in the context of innovative development of Ukrainian economy

Abstract
The analysis of labour productivity indexes on a macro level in Ukraine has been conducted. The growth factors of the labour productivity in economy of Ukraine including the field of innovative activity have been outlined. The model for estimation of innovative activity in Ukraine as a factor of growth of the labour productivity, which is based on the use of «fuzzy sets theory» has been created. Recommendations, which are aimed at increasing of Ukrainian labour productivity level (based on the models of economy development of the developed countries of the world) have been proposed.
