真空紫外激发La(POB3B)B3B:TbP3+P的发光性质

Abstract
本文研究了La1-x(POB3B)B3B:TbxP3+P (0<x≤0.6)的真空紫外荧光特性,发现La(POB3B)B3B的阴离子基团(POB3B)B3PB3-P可以有效地吸收163和174 nm处的激发能,而且,(POB3B)B3PB3-P (174 nm) 的吸收带与LaP3+P-OP2-P (200 nm)和TbP3+P (213 nm)的吸收带互相重叠,能量可以有效地从荧光粉基体传递到发光中心TbP3+P。在172 nm激发下,当TbP3+P浓度(x)达到0.45时,得到最佳的发光强度,色坐标位于(0.343, 0.578),衰减时间为4.47 ms,发光效率可达商用荧光粉ZnB1.96BSiOB4B:0.04MnP2+P的71%。
