LARGE CORPORATIONS VERSUS SYSTEMIC RISK

Abstract
The paper presents the systemic risk of large companies in national and global scale and possible instruments for corporations growth restriction. The large companies have both advantages and disadvantages, so the special regulations are considered. New regulations of banking risk management in EU and USA will have broad influence especially on activity and value growth of large banks. Generally the building of regulations for large corporations will be important for economy stability. The state influence on economy conditions is important however it is necessary to keep balance and avoid both lack of state intervention and too much intervention.
