LAW ENFORCEMENT ISSUES PART 8. OF ARTICLE 154 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with selected issues of the use of replacement of the unserved part of the sentence with a more lenient according to Part 8 of the Article 154 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The peculiarities and problems of legal regulation of this legal provision are determined. The content of Part 8 of the Article 154 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is reviewed from the point of view of the theory of law and practice; recommendations regarding the improvement of legislative regulation taking into account the interests of society and the state are given.
