Law enforcement officer as victim of crime

Abstract
The article defines the concept of victim of crime, establishes its place within the framework of criminal-legal relations and provides recommendations for taking into account the institution of the victim in the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The value of the victim in the occurrence and termination of criminal-legal relations is established. Investigated the legal status of the victim within the framework of criminal-legal relations. The grounds for termination of criminal-legal and criminal-procedural relations were also considered, and the law enforcement officer was investigated as a victim of a crime. The body of organs related to law enforcement is thrown out.
